Please Note: Remanufactured cartridges may show a Low/Empty Ink Level but will still continue to print as normal until all the ink has been used.

Press and hold down the “Stop/Reset” button (triangle-circle icon as shown below) on printing for 10 seconds until the ink low indicators turn off or printer LCD displays a “1” (on select models).  Printing will resume.

    Great product, however, they plastic delivery envelope arrived covered in multiple small perforations although the cartridges and their plastic bags appeared undamaged...just seemed a bit odd

    The ink works fine no problem what so ever it's just the printer won't except there full and keeps sending a message low on ink apart from that there fine
