Returns Policy

1. Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales / irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

2. Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) None of the exclusions set out below apply.

3. Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) any product made to your specification;
(b) any product made to order;
(c) any product personalised or adapted for you;
(d) gift vouchers.

5. Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our Returns Department and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Please note that it may take your credit card bank longer to apply the credit to which we have no control over after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. 

We accept non-OEM remanufactured or compatible cartridges for return under the following policy: - We allow returns for refunds for 30 days from the date of Purchase. After 90 days from the date of Purchase and up to 180 days only unopened cartridges can be returned and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on circumstances relating to specific order. Any cartridges returned outside of this policy will not be accepted for any kind of credit. 

We accept OEM cartridges for return under the following policy. Refunds for unopened products will be processed for 14 days from day of purchase. Exchanges will be processed for un-opened product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges will be processed after applying a 15% restocking fee for unopened product between 31 to 90 days from date of purchase depending on circumstances relating to specific order. 

We are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed upon payment. 

All products must be returned together with the original order to obtain a full refund.

Returns/exchanges on promotional items:

All promotions require that all free products that were shipped must be returned. Any product received above and beyond the free product will be eligible for normal refund/exchange guidelines.            

If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased at a promotional price you will be required to pay the difference between the new order and the previous order plus any re postage costs.

Delivery charges on refunds/exchanges:

If you are charged delivery on your original order, then this delivery charge cannot be refunded unless goods supplied were faulty or the incorrect goods were delivered. If you are not charged delivery on your original order and product was returned outside thirty day full refund time period then a £4.95 delivery and handling fee will be subtracted from store credits and refunds unless goods supplied are faulty or wrongly delivered. 

6. Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) We will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c)  If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned   product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
